Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
Partner with hiring managers across US and India to understand talent needs and design role-specific hiring strategies.
Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment
Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, feedback loops, offers, and onboarding.
Navigate time zone challenges by coordinating interviews across US and India working hours.
3. Candidate Experience
Act as the face of the organization for candidates. Ensure a high-touch, transparent, and timely communication process.
Manage expectations, guide interview prep, and be the go-to point for all candidate questions.
4. Employer Branding
Collaborate with marketing and HR to craft messaging, job descriptions, and social campaigns tailored for Indian and US markets.
Represent the company at career fairs, virtual events, and on social media.
5. Compliance & Process Management
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics.
Ensure hiring practices are compliant with US and Indian labor laws and DEI guidelines.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
3-6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), with at least 1 year handling cross-border (India-US) hiring.
Strong understanding of US and Indian hiring markets, compensation benchmarks, and hiring norms.
Exceptional English communication--spoken and written--with cultural fluency in both geographies.
Experience using modern ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours overlapping with US and Indian time zones.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience hiring for startups or high-growth companies.
Familiarity with hiring across functions: Tech, Sales, Ops, Product, HR.
Experience with employer branding and LinkedIn campaigns.
