Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or Hospital Administration. 1-3 years' experience in healthcare recruitment preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills. Key Skills: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
