We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join our
EdTech
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across product, content, technology, sales, and academic functions. Experience in EdTech or education-focused roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions in the EdTech space
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and role alignment
Drive a smooth and efficient interview and offer process
Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards
Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech or education sector
Proven ability to hire for diverse roles (Tech, Product, Sales, Academics)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
