Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and proactive

Recruiter

to help us build a team of exceptional educators, caregivers, and support staff. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in shaping the culture and quality of our school through strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with school leadership to understand staffing needs and role requirements Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching, administrative, and support roles Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, local networks) Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Organize recruitment drives and walk-in interviews Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires Represent Think Right's values and culture in all candidate interactions
Requirements

2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education or childcare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess soft skills and cultural fit Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms Passion for early childhood education and child-centric environments
