Key Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates through job portals, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability for client requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups Manage end-to-end candidate and client coordination through the recruitment cycle Meet daily targets of 5 CV submissions
Who You Are:

Strong communicator with a keen eye for talent Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Prior experience in domestic, non-IT recruitment preferred (freshers with a learning mindset can apply)

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 3rd Saturdays off) Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: ?15,000 - ?40,000/month (Based on experience)
