We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire top talent to support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree required.
Proven experience in a recruiter role.
Familiarity with resume databases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
