HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and a basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback
Handle job postings on various platforms
Support HR activities and documentation as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or a related field
Internship experience in HR or recruitment preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
