About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to support our hiring process. The role mainly involves sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic discussions, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
Source candidates from job portals, databases, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (HR/Business background preferred).
0-6 months of experience in recruitment/telecalling/coordination.
Strong communication and convincing skills over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
