What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across retail, warehouse, and/or corporate roles Hire efficiently in high-turnover environments (e.g., retail stores, operations) Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple functions Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit Optimize and speed up the hiring process without compromising on quality Use ATS and sourcing tools effectively (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or high-attrition sectors (retail, logistics, BPO, etc.) Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment Understanding of the kidswear or fashion industry is a plus but not mandatory
