Create Job descriptions based on role requirements.
Post job ads on platforms
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
Shortlist candidates for interviews based on qualifications, experience, and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and management
Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms, and follow up until acceptance.
Maintain hiring status reports and candidate databases.
Minimum Education: Graduate
Minimum Experience:1+ Years
Should know basic English
Should be staying in or around North Delhi (30 mins distance from kamla nagar)

Pay: ₹10,042.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
