Job Title: Recruiter (Experienced from Footwear Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

Identifying potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Screening and Selection:

Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual), and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Building Relationships:

Maintaining a network of potential candidates and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.

Onboarding:

Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating orientation programs and providing necessary support.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements related to hiring.

Specific Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of the Footwear Industry:

Understanding the different roles, skill sets, and manufacturing processes within the footwear industry.

Recruitment Experience:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively manage relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
