Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers
Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, and recruitment portals)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases and interview schedules
Support the team in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities
Assist in creating job descriptions, job ads, and other recruitment content
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience in recruitment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
