We're looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, screening profiles, and conducting initial interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and attract candidates through various channels.
2. Screen resumes and profiles to identify suitable candidates.
3. Conduct 1st round of interviews (phone/video) to assess candidate fit.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
5. Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of recruitment tools and software (ATS, job boards).
Skills:
1. Profile screening and shortlisting.
2. Conducting interviews (phone/video).
3. Strong understanding of job descriptions and requirements.
