Bulk Recruiter

with hands-on experience in

blue-collar, BPO, and warehouse hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hiring for bulk profiles (blue-collar, BPO, warehouse) Conduct walk-ins, on-ground drives, and field recruitment Source candidates through portals, references, and local networks Schedule interviews and manage smooth onboarding Maintain daily hiring reports and candidate databases

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in bulk recruitment Excellent communication & coordination skills Strong knowledge of job portals & Excel Goal-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
