Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Make prompt calls to interviewees and schedule interviews efficiently.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit and company values.
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining hiring records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any stream).
1-3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors).
Strong communication skills and ability to follow up promptly.
Quick learner, good with multitasking and managing timelines.
Hands-on experience with job portals and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Salary:
?20,000- 25,000 per month
working days - Mon to Sat (9:30-6:30pm)
1 leave per month policy and salary will be credited on 8th of every month.
