Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Manage recruitment trackers and provide weekly hiring updates.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Pitch company services to prospects and schedule meetings.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Meet monthly targets related to business growth and client acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment/HR or Business Development (combined or individual).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle dual responsibilities efficiently.
Good understanding of recruitment tools and business development techniques.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
