Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various roles across industries.
Understand client requirements and create clear and accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates through
portals, social media, references, networking, and databases
.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
in core recruitment (mandatory).
Strong sourcing skills using
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of current hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
HR specialization preferred but not mandatory.
