We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and the ability to manage multiple open roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
