Hotel Vivek is seeking a proactive and efficient Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple hotel departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to identify and recruit quality talent in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for all hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assessments
Coordinate interviews with respective department heads
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of all open positions
Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates
Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (hospitality hiring experience is an added advantage)
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
