Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Recruiter

with 3-4 years of proven experience in

construction sector hiring

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction roles, ability to handle end-to-end recruitment, and experience hiring technical and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

full-cycle recruitment

for construction roles (site engineers, project managers, civil engineers, supervisors, planners, QA/QC, safety officers). Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry networks. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage selection processes. Coordinate with project heads and HR for requirements. Maintain recruitment database & reports. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.

Requirements:

3-4 years of recruitment experience

, preferably hiring for construction, engineering, or allied technical functions. Strong understanding of

construction job roles

and project staffing needs. Good communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals). Based in or willing to relocate to

Pune

.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in hiring for

contract/field roles

. Experience partnering with large construction firms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
