Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will attract top talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help build a strong employer brand for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:



Understand manpower requirements for various roles by coordinating with department heads. Write and post job descriptions on relevant portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain candidate data in the database for future hiring needs. Provide timely feedback to candidates at every stage. Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Assist in building the employer brand through positive candidate experiences. Maintain recruitment MIS and prepare weekly hiring status reports.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven experience (6 months - 3 years) as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role. Familiarity with job portals and professional social networks (LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and databases.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
