Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (50%)
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent through networking, referrals, job boards, and social platforms.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and negotiate offers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Business Development (50%)
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and consultative selling.
Present recruitment solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by driving new contracts and expanding existing accounts.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
5-7 years of experience
in recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development.
Proven ability to meet hiring targets and/or sales quotas.
Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
