Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Handle initial HR discussions and salary negotiations.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
