Man Investment Services Pvt Ltd and its group of company, Parrami Finance Private Limited is looking for experienced Recruiter & HR Admin for its Fintech, Financing and Debt Syndication Verticals.

Key Deliverables:

Identify and Recruit Talent suitable for Company's growth Handle Job Posting, Talent Hunting, Interviews, Compensation Structuring, Negotiations and Onboarding Monitor Key Deliverables of the Staff Set up HR Department Structure necessary Policies and SOPs Lead High Impact Initiatives of the Company Participate in Company's Growth Initiatives Monitor and Motivate Team Impart training to new appointees Administrate Office Functions, Company's Assets and Maintenance Support and Assistance to Director
Key Requirements:

Prior Work Experience of at least 3 years in Recruitment, Talent Aquisition and HR-Admin in Fintech, Lending Tech or Finance Industry Proven track record in getting right candidates for Sales, Marketing, Compliances, Accounts, Funds Raising, Business Development, Relation managers and Growth managers Graduate in related field of study Excellent Inter Personal Skills Skilled Recruiter and HR personnel Residing in and around Mumbai within Commutable distance from Andheri Comfortable with Day shift & work from Office Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
