Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries. The Recruiter will be responsible for

candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing,

while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

from job intake to offer acceptance Source candidates using

job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), Boolean search, databases, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct

assessments

Prepare and post

keyword-optimized job descriptions

Maintain accurate candidate records in

ATS / recruitment systems

Build and maintain strong

candidate pipelines

for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive

candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter

Strong knowledge of

sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and job portals

Experience hiring across

IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Corporate roles

Excellent

communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage

multiple requisitions

in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with

ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment

Exposure to

international hiring

(UK, EU, US, or APAC markets) Knowledge of

compliance, right-to-work checks, and hiring regulations

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
