Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Recruit & Development Manager
to lead the agency channel in the banking and insurance sector. The role involves recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agency partners.
Train and develop the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and business processes.
Drive sales targets through the team for life insurance products.
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent productivity.
Motivate and guide advisors to achieve individual and team business goals.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in
Life Insurance sales

Proven ability in
