Job Title: Recovery & Sales Executive(Female)

Location: Panipat

CTC: ?25,000 per month

Experience: 2-3 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Recovery & Sales Executive who can manage

payment recovery, maintain client follow-ups, and support sales operations. The ideal

candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a good

understanding of basic sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.

? Maintain proper records of recovery status and payment updates.

? Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

? Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing basic sales opportunities.

? Coordinate with internal departments for invoice, documentation, and payment

support.

? Prepare daily and weekly reports on recovery and sales activities.

? Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.

? Meet assigned targets within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? 2-3 years of experience in recovery, collections, sales or customer handling.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

? Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

? Basic understanding of sales processes and customer management.

? Familiarity with maintaining MIS and daily reporting.

? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
