This role involves overseeing the team of specialists, handling the most complex and high-value recovery cases, and improving collection processes . The manager will analyze performance data, report to senior management on revenue integrity, and ensure all team activities are conducted remotely in a professional and ethical manner . #

Process Improvement: Measurable reduction in the average age of receivables and improvement in collection efficiency . Team Leadership: Successful management, mentorship, and performance of the entire recovery team .
