Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recovery Manager to oversee and manage the debt recovery process. The role involves developing recovery strategies, monitoring and coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive relationships and adhering to organization policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Recovery Operations

*Monitor overdues and design effective recovery plans.

*Allocate cases to recovery executives and track performance.

*Handle escalated cases and ensure resolution within set timelines.

*Ensure recovery targets are met monthly/quarterly.

Customer Interaction

*Negotiate and communicate with customers regarding repayment options.

*Resolve disputes and provide solutions.

*Maintain professional and ethical communication with clients.

Team Management

*Supervise and guide recovery staff/agents to achieve collection goals.

*Train and motivate team members on recovery techniques and compliance.

*Monitor daily reports and performance metrics.

Compliance & Reporting

*Ensure all recovery activities follow legal and regulatory guidelines.

*Prepare MIS reports on recovery status, performance, and risk.

Process Improvement

*Suggest strategies to improve collection efficiency.

*Identify high-risk cases and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's in any specilization or related field

5 years of experience in collections/recovery.
