Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recovery Lawyer to handle legal recovery matters for the company. The ideal candidate will work on a wide range of legal and recovery issues, including dealing with clients, handling court cases, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle legal recovery cases and ensure timely action on overdue accounts. Represent the company in court proceedings related to recovery and other legal matters. Liaise with police and law enforcement for appropriate legal action. Work directly with clients for settlement discussions and legal negotiations. Draft and review legal documents related to recovery and litigation. Travel as needed for court appearances, client meetings, and police coordination.

Requirements:

LLB or equivalent legal degree. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recovery/legal matters preferred. Strong knowledge of civil and criminal legal procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel for work-related legal proceedings.
