JOB SUMMARY:-

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Recovery/Telecalling Executive to join Dharmeshwari group at Raebareli location. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

ROLES& RESPONSIBILITY:-

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue or pending payments.

-Follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery and payment commitments.

-Maintain a professional and polite tone while handling objections or queries.

-Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options clearly to the customer.

-Negotiate and finalize suitable payment plans wherever applicable.

-Record all interactions, promises, and payment statuses in the system.

-Meet daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets assigned by the manager.

-Coordinate with field recovery agents for cases required physical follow up.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS :-

1 .Communication Skills

2.Clear and confident speaking skills in local/regional languages.

3.Ability to explain dues and handle objections professionally

4.Customer Handling:- Empathetic and patient with difficult or angry customers.

5.Coflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

6. Basic Knowledge of Computer, Ms Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
