: Recovery Executive

Job Role:

As a Recovery Executive, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with debtors and ensure the recovery of pending payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to debtors via phone, email, or in-person meetings to follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status. Resolve payment disputes and negotiate repayment plans if necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during recovery processes. Report daily progress and escalate complex cases to the relevant team or manager. Stay informed of relevant financial laws and regulations. Evaluate and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:

Open to both male and female candidates. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to handle conversations professionally and calmly.
Also, site visits will be there if necessary.

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: ?12,000 - ?18,000 per month

Desired Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Basic knowledge of financial processes and debt recovery is a plus. Negotiation and communication. Problem-solving and time management.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role.

- Knowledge of financial laws and regulations.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to handle high-stress situations and client interactions.
