Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Recovery Agent to manage on-ground rider verification, rental recovery, vehicle collection, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong physical presence, confidence, and the ability to handle field operations responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit rider addresses for verification as per company process. Collect rented EV vehicles from riders who fail to make timely rent payments. Visit the rider's residence or location for rent recovery discussions. Coordinate with the City Head and HR team to release vehicles that are held at police stations. Handle and resolve issues created by riders at the warehouse or hubs. Maintain daily reporting of visits, recoveries, and vehicle status. Ensure professional behaviour while dealing with riders and external authorities.

Requirements:

Valid Driving License (mandatory). Strong physical presence and confidence to manage field situations. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle on-ground operations independently. Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for calls, GPS, and reporting. Previous experience in recovery, field collection, or security roles (preferred but not mandatory) Strong problem-solving attitude. willingness to travel daily within the city.
