Job Description

A Recovery Executive for a collection agency is responsible for contacting debtors via phone to negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts. They also trace debtors who have gone out of contact to locate them and resume the collection process. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:



Outbound Calling:

Make regular calls to debtors with overdue payments to remind them of their outstanding dues and initiate collection efforts.

Negotiation:

Negotiate repayment plans or settlements with debtors to facilitate debt recovery.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, understanding their financial situations and addressing their concerns.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of all interactions, payment arrangements, and follow-up actions.

Compliance:

Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Payment Follow-up:

Follow up with debtors to ensure timely repayments and adherence to agreed-upon terms.

Dispute Resolution:

Assist customers in resolving payment disputes or issues.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on collection activities and performance to the team lead or collection manager.

Team Collaboration :

Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve collection strategies and resolve complex cases.

Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively managing the collection process.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
