Hiring for Recovery & Collection Executive

Location: New Delhi

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Industry: NBFC / Fintech

Role Type: Full-time

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle loan recovery and collections.

Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field coordination.

Maintain daily tracking, follow-up reports, and MIS.

Coordinate with the recovery team, field executives, and credit team.

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to repayment.

Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain portfolio quality.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loan recovery/ collections.

Experience in NBFC/Fintech preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of personal/payday loan and recovery process.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
