Key Responsibilities
Follow up with clients for
timely insurance premium payments
Communicate politely with customers via
phone calls and messages
Assist clients with
basic policy service support
such as:
Premium reminders
Policy status updates
Renewal guidance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal team for smooth policy servicing
Ensure professional and ethical communication at all times
