Job Description

Record Management:

Compile, gather, scan, and index physical and digital documents, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.

Data Entry:

Accurately input and update information into databases and electronic records management systems.

Filing and Archiving:

Create and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring records are stored securely and are easily retrievable.

Compliance:

Ensure records are maintained according to internal policies and relevant external regulations, including data privacy laws and record retention schedules.

Accessibility:

Make records available to authorized personnel for viewing or processing, and investigate when records are difficult to locate.

Disposal:

Assist with the secure disposal of outdated files according to retention schedules.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments and staff to manage records effectively.

Auditing and Reporting:

Provide information for audits or legal inquiries, and generate reports on record status as needed.

Age limit:20 to 30

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹32,934.34 per month
