Job Summary:

Role: Team member
Skill: Record To Report
Experience: 2 years to 8 years
Job Location: Chennai
Shift: 3:30am-2:00pm (Need to be flexible with all kinds of rotational/night shifts)

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
Candidates must have a registered EP ID
Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
Please carry 2 photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
Candidates must carry a passport size photo

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day transactional services viz -
Reconciliations
Period End activities like Journal Entry
Fixed Asset accounting
Overheads
Support for Reporting
Quality check
Ensure targets are met on a day-to-day basis
Maintain quality, accuracy and TAT
Suggest and drive transformation ideas / improvements
Resolve issues

Key Skills:

Graduate / Post Graduate with Accountancy
CA / CMA (ICWA) / CPA/ CA Inter/ CMA Inter
Knowledge of SAP / SAP S4 HANA
Functional Experience of 4- 5 years
Good spoken and written communication skill in English
Good knowledge of MS office viz. Excel, Word , Powerpoint
