What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end RTR processes across multiple regions. This role ensures efficient and effective service delivery, driving process improvements, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTR processes, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing global teams. Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger. Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility o The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors o Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals o Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach o Some latitude in decision-making in involved o you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility o The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts o Leadership & Management: o Lead and manage a global team of RTR professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. o Contribute to the RTR strategy in delivering the agreed savings targets and achieving a competitive cost to serve ratio. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. o Build an effective and efficient team across all the centers that has the necessary set of process knowledge and skills required to deliver excellence for the relevant OTC sub-process. o Ensure the continuous knowledge development of this team, offering equal opportunities in all centers based on a customer-centered principle. o Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members. o Process Improvements & Transformation: o Foster a close collaboration with Head of Projects and assign appropriate resources to relevant projects. o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. o Foster the establishment and running of a global community for sharing best practices, to be close to the respective markets and customer needs and to actively manage the demand related to the key enablers as well as process improvements and Automations. o Ensure compliance with global standards, policies, and regulations. o Service Delivery: o Monitor and manage service delivery performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. o Address and resolve any service delivery issues or escalations promptly. o Participate in strategic discussions with divisions, countries and other functions' representatives, in combination or as a deputy of Management team.
