What would you do?

The Role: The incumbent should have good understanding of Intercompany Reconciliation process and will be responsible for o Working as SME for account reconciliation process. o Understand the overall process and support the leads for successful transition, preparing the SOPs. o Perform the daily activities, interactions with internal & client stakeholder both by e-mails and calls as well. o Assist the team members who are freshers Functional Responsibilities: o Good understanding of Intercompany Account reconciliation process. o Drives timely and accurate monthly and quarterly closing of financial and management accounting. o Identify and resolve any discrepancies or mismatches between the GL and supporting documents. o Conduct detailed analysis of variations in Intercompany transactions and trends. o Prepare and post adjusting Journal entries -if corrections are needed, o Investigate & resolve discrepancies arise due to various reasons. o Match individual transactions in GL with corresponding entries in supporting documents to identify discrepancies. o Prepare the SOPs and get Client sign off. o Understanding of SLA/KPI o Suggest lean ideas and improvements in process. o Timely response to the query/complaints from various stakeholders . o Interact with client SMEs, for daily work and process related issues o Must possess good communication skills both e-mail and oral o Resolving the process related queries o Participate in the weekly/daily calls with Client SMEs and ensure timely action on pending action items. o Execute the process controls defined by process leads and provide status update with 100% compliance.

oClient Management oAbility to establish strong client relationship oWritten and verbal communication oStrong analytical skills Qualifications: o Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting function . o Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting o Good understanding of GL reconciliation process o oPeople Management Responsibilities: o Good team player and assist new joiners/freshers o Review activities assigned to CL13 o Work allocation and timely completion of tasks. o Adaptable and flexible o Ability to perform under pressure oMicrosoft Excel oMicrosoft Excel VBA Programming System & applications o Experience of working in SAP ERP would be an added advantage. o Good knowledge of MS Excel & word. Communication & Interpersonal skills o Ability to interact with Client SME for daily operational activities o Closely work with team to drive process/organizational initiative o Demonstrate good team bonding.

oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
