Eligibility:

? Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce
? 1 to 5 years' experience in handling Record To Report (RTR) activities
? Good Domain Knowledge and communication skills
? Proficiency in SAP ERP
? MS Office proficient (excel knowledge is must)
? Blackline Recon Tool
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Problem-solving skills
? Ability to meet tight deadlines with quick turnaround
? Creative thinking, proactive approach, and self-motivation
? Must be flexible to work in all shifts

Responsibilities:

? Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
? Experience in preparing BalanceSheet Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation
? Hands-on experience with month-end activities including journal entries (e.g., accruals, provisions) and reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
? Preparation of SLA reports
? Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines
