Exp Range: 6 to 13years

o 7/8+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities o Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements o Should have managed the team of 10+ team members o Excellent analytical and decision-making skills o Interaction with the client - Governance calls o SLA adherence o Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred.



Resource Specification



o 100% WFO (work from office) o Willing to work in night and rotational shifts. o AR experience required o Customer service skills o Well-organized and proactive o Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally o Good listening skills o Ability to work independently o Tracking budget expenses o Attention to detail o Maintains healthy vendor relationships o PC proficiency o Data entry skills o General math skills.



Knowledge/Experience



o Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance Sheet, Month close & recons, tech, tools o 3 Yrs team handling o Excellent communication skills o MS office proficiency
