Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Maintain and update all physical and digital records in an organized manner. Ensure proper indexing, labeling, and filing of documents for easy retrieval. Track the movement of files and ensure that all records are returned and stored appropriately. Assist the department in retrieving documents as needed for daily operations. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. Conduct periodic audits to ensure records are complete and up to date. Dispose of or archive expired/irrelevant documents as per company policy. Support the team in preparing documentation for audits, compliance checks, and reporting. Ensure adherence to record-keeping policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in record keeping, documentation, or administrative work is required. Strong organizational and filing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scanning, digital filing). Ability to maintain confidentiality.
