Job Title 1: Record Keeper/Filling Assistant

Location: Panchkula

Job Type: Part Time( Twice in a week for 2/3 hours)

Salary: 15000-20000

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Retrieve records and documents as requested by authorized personnel.

Ensure records are stored securely and confidentially.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.

Coordinate with the procurement department for stock replenishment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is a must.

Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsible for office filling work.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files.

Retrieve documents when required.

Assist in digitizing records and updating databases.

Ensure confidentiality and proper document handling.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
