Records Custodian The primary goal is to ensure that records are organized, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements while also making them accessible to authorized personnel as needed. Roles & Responsibilities Record Management: 1. Creation of records and superbills. 2. Respond to requests for records promptly and accurately. 3. Maintain the sent records status in the mastersheet. 4. Conduct periodic audits of records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Patient Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration: 1. Answer international phone calls from patients or their representatives. 2. Provide compassionate and empathetic assistance to address patient inquiries, concerns, or requests. 3. Effectively communicate information about medical services, treatment options, and appointment scheduling. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient support. Medical Information: 1. Maintain a solid understanding of medical terminology and procedures to provide accurate information. 2. Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines when handling medical records or sensitive information. : Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2.
