You role:

Reconciliation Operations Manager to lead financial accuracy across our lending and payments ecosystem. This is a high-ownership role for someone with a strong finance or accounting foundation who can dig deep into spreadsheets, identify gaps, work cross-functionally, and close the loop with lenders, PGs and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Fit:

Strong grip on Excel (pivot, vlookup, macros), MIS, and large financial data sets Comfort working with payment flows, loan disbursements, and transaction reconciliations Detail-oriented mindset with the patience to investigate and close complex mismatches Bonus : CA, CFA or MBA (Finance), fintech exposure with hands-on experience in reconciliation, business finance or payment ops

Key Responsibilities:

Own daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of payments, loans, collections, and settlements across banks, PGs, and internal ledgers Coordinate with lenders to identify and close recon mismatches in disbursements and repayments Build and maintain MIS dashboards, ageing reports, and variance analyses Collaborate with product/tech to build tools and scripts for automated reconciliation Lead root-cause analysis on anomalies and define process improvements Act as the internal source of truth for financial transaction accuracy -- audit-ready at all times Work cross-functionally with finance, ops, collections, and customer support teams

Must-Haves:

2+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, business finance or payment reconciliation Strong Excel skills (incl. advanced functions); exposure to SQL or Redash is a plus Hands-on understanding of UPI, IMPS, PGs, NBFC workflows, and financial controls Experience in fintech, lending, or banking environments is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfort dealing with ambiguity
