Experience:

1-4 Years (Must have experience in E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

? Reconciliation of online sales from E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
? Verify sales reports, commission charges, deductions, and payments from marketplaces.
? Identify payment discrepancies, shortages, or excess deductions, and coordinate for resolution.
? Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for online portal sales.
? Maintain accurate records of returns, claims, and chargebacks.
? Monthly reconciliation of payouts with sales and tax invoices.
? Collaborate with internal accounts team for GST, TDS, and compliance checks.
?Track settlement cycles and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
? Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.

Key Requirements:

? Good knowledge of E-commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
? Experience in sales reconciliation, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
? Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
? Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory deductions related to E-commerce.
? Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
