In line with JRS projects, prepare a roadmap of the reconciliation intervention and present work plans whenever requested.
Conduct and update conflict sensitivity assessments regularly among the target communities under the guidance of the supervisor. Prepare contextualised reconciliation manuals to suit project needs.
Conduct reconciliation sessions in JRS Centres and target host community centres (school/college etc.) in collaboration with relevant internal and external actors. Strengthen the capacity of JRS teachers and field staff through capacity-building trainings and regular technical support.
Prepare and introduce innovative practices in reconciliation programming that enhances mutual understanding between refugees (or forcibly displaced people of concern) and host communities as well as facilitate opportunities for dialogues and social cohesion.
Encourage peaceful and reconciliatory relationships among members of the JRS project team on the project site.
