As we progress on this journey, finance plays a critical partnership role to ensure we deliver our transformation outcomes both operationally and financially. You will be a key member of the finance controllership team, ensuring that accounting records are appropriately kept.

Reporting into the Recharges Manager based in the UK, the role holder will be responsible for delivering the intercompany recharge process between WPP IT and other WPP operating companies globally.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Responsible for managing intercompany billing schedules across multiple WPP IT recharge flows.
• Liaising with Transaction Service and SSC teams, to ensure invoices are raised accurately and timely.
• Responsible for monitoring transactions awaiting recharge and escalating issues timely.
• Responsible for monitoring cash collection and escalating issues timely.
• Responsible for reviewing inbound intercompany invoices, to ensure they have been raised in line with agreed principles.
• Responsible for communicating IT recharge information with WPP operating companies and overseeing queries raised to ensure speedy resolution.

What you\'ll need:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (i.e. ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience of working in a matrix/global organisation (desirable)
