Lab Technician

to join our specialized team. This role involves providing clinical support for hair transplant procedures and regenerative treatments such as PRP therapy. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of patient care and contribute to the overall success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about clinic services Schedule and confirm patient appointments Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a smooth clinic experience Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for daily schedules Manage front-office cleanliness and patient waiting area Support administrative and communication needs of the clinic

Requirements:

experience in the healthcare field

(clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or clinic management software) Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and accuracy

Education:

Minimum Graduate (preferred background in healthcare, science, or administration)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
